EA10 Ultra Flexible Abrasives are micron graded abrasives slurry coated on a highly flexible and soft elastic velour film. This flexible abrasive offers a unique flexibility that perfectly follows the shapes of the workedpieces, without creating any sharp or rigid edges.
The main applications are polishing operations and small reparations of moulds and precision mechanic components, painted and coated surfaces, jewellery, watch and medical parts.
It warranties a micro deburring and great polishing actions without affecting the dimensions and shapes of the parts, providing a clean operation since polishing pastes or compounds are not required.
