Description
SF102 Superfinishing Attachment with compact designed to use micro-finishing and polishing film rolls with max. width 100 mm. To be installed on a lathe or grinding machine. Available also in PLC version. Contact roll pressure is precisely operated by pneumatic control.
Main features:
- Infinitely adjustable oscillation variable from 0 – 2,000 strokes per minute with stroke length 5 mm
- Automatic centering of film on contact roll
- Film feed infinitely adjustable from 1 – 26 cm/min
- Mains voltage 230 Volt / 10 A, 50 Hz +E
- Air pressure input: constantly 6 bar
- Contact pressure up to 160 kp with 6 bar
- Machine complete, ready for use, incl. all electrical switch gear, without coolant system
- Contact rolls, complete with axle and bearing hardness available in different hardnesses: 45, 60, 80 or 95° Shore
