Description
SLBF30-50 Superfinishing Attachment with compact designed to use micro-finishing and polishing film rolls with max. width 50 mm. To be installed on a lathe or grinding machine. Contact roll pressure is precisely operated by pneumatic control.
S7 – 1200 PLC is used with the colored touch panel. And it’s designed to operate on a conventional lathe. The control offers decisive advantages, like exact reproducibility of the operational sequences. Especially to be highlighted is the tape feeding regulation which will take large cost savings (especially if diamond abrasive film is used). New is also the data management which allows to save up to 20 parts in the device. For each part, up to 10 steps can be programmed.

- Oscillation Head with both sided holder of the contact pressure role
- Swinging excenter is 2 mm amplitude
- Contact pressure roller available in 35,50, 65 and 80 Shore
- Constant tape feeding regulation, oscillation controll thanks to PLC
